It is our great pleasure to work hard this Holiday Season to provide those in need a beautifully decorated Christmas Tree. A few things to keep in mind:

Please remember to include your phone number and the best time to reach you along with the home address your Christmas Tree will be enjoyed. If it takes us a couple of days to respond to your request, please know that we will contact you as soon as we are able.

If we are unable to meet your request, please know that we did everything we could but were simply limited by either time or resources. Also, remember that we've only just begun. We're already looking forward to Next Year!

As we want to serve as many families as possible between now and Christmas, we will respond to requests in the order they are received.

We ask that you complete the 'Contact Us' form and include as much detail as possible.

Because our reach is limited, only families in Bend and surrounding areas can be included in this project.

We can consider only one Christmas Tree per family and request that you arrange to pick up your tree here in Bend, if at all possible. Deliveries will be made available as volunteers join our team.
